Bgarê — Privacy Policy

What we collect: your account email and chosen driver name; your live location while the app is open (that's the game); your gameplay progress (XP, discovered places, driven roads); messages you send in chat; and an avatar photo if you choose to add one.

Voice chat is peer-to-peer between squad members' devices — it is never recorded or stored.

How it's used: to run the game — showing your position to other players (only according to the privacy mode YOU choose: everyone / friends / squad / invisible / solo), leaderboards, and your saved progress. We never sell your data to anyone, and we don't use it for advertising or tracking.

Where it lives: data is stored with Google Firebase (EU region for live data).

Location is only used while the app is open on your screen — never in the background.

Deletion: you can permanently delete your account and all its data inside the app: Settings → Danger zone → "Delete my account". You can also email us and we'll do it for you.

Age: Bgarê is intended for players 16+, or younger with a parent or guardian's permission.
