Bgarê — Terms of Use
1. The game. Bgarê (بگەڕێ) is a real-world exploration game set in Erbil. Playing means moving through the real city — you are always responsible for your own safety and for obeying all traffic laws.
2. Safety. Never operate a phone while driving. Play as a passenger, or explore on foot. Bgarê and its creators accept no liability for accidents, injuries, fines or damages arising from use of the app.
3. Restricted areas. Do not enter private, restricted or dangerous areas to reach any in-game location. In-game points never require entering restricted property.
4. Age. You must be 16 or older, or have a parent/guardian's permission.
5. Your account. One account per person. You are responsible for what happens on your account. Choose a respectful username.
6. Fair play. Cheating, exploiting bugs, faking your location, or harassing other players may lead to removal of progress or a permanent ban.
7. Chat & voice. Be respectful in messages and squad voice chat. Abusive or threatening behaviour is not tolerated.
8. Virtual items. XP, coins, stickers and rewards are virtual, have no cash value, and may change as the game evolves. Sponsor offers are provided by the sponsors themselves.
9. Changes. These terms may be updated; continued play means acceptance of the current version.

Bgarê means “go explore!” in Kurdish — and that's the whole game. Erbil, the city of the Citadel, becomes your open world: drive or walk its real streets to light them up, discover its landmarks, parks and hidden corners, meet other drivers, form squads, and make the city yours.
